About The Position
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team and develop into a licensed insurance producer for a client who is an independent insurance agency focused on helping families protect their homes, vehicles, and assets through customized insurance solutions. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to advancement for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for sales producers
- Prepare and organize insurance quotes (home, auto, umbrella)
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Support sales producers in closing new business
- Deliver 10-12 qualified opportunities per week
- Contribute to a team closing 2+ new accounts per day
- Support production of $50,000+ in weekly premium
- Maintain consistent activity and follow-up standards
- Demonstrate continuous learning and skill development
