About The Position

Konica Minolta is seeking a Marketing Web Producer for its Mississauga, ON location. This role is responsible for designing, building, and managing high-impact web experiences using Framer. The position combines creativity, technical skill, and marketing insight by transforming Figma designs into responsive, interactive web pages that support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Working closely with designers, content creators, and marketers, the role ensures digital experiences are visually engaging and performance-driven, translating marketing strategies into high-quality web experiences that drive engagement, conversions, and consistent brand expression. This position is part of the Marketing team and collaborates daily with designers, content creators, product managers, and campaign managers. The Web Producer will own the production of web pages, ensure creative assets translate seamlessly to the web, and optimize the customer journey across key digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, MIS, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • 5–7 years of experience in building and managing enterprise-level websites
  • Proven experience developing websites in Framer
  • Experience building interactive elements using React and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and basic Google Analytics integration
  • Understanding of database schema design and SQL to support marketing experiences
  • Strong grasp of HTML markup schema, SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to translate creative concepts into polished end-user experiences, and strength in collaborating across creative and marketing functions
  • Experience integrating marketing tools or APIs (CRM, analytics, automation platforms)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity)
  • Experience managing CMS or headless CMS platforms
  • Understanding of version control (Git)
  • Basic familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap) for styling consistency
  • Understanding of website privacy policy requirements and implementation
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and dataLayer integrations within tag governance and privacy policies for marketing tracking and analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Google UX Professional Certificate or similar industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective marketing websites and landing pages
