About The Position

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team and develop into a licensed insurance producer for a client who is an independent insurance agency focused on helping families protect their homes, vehicles, and assets through customized insurance solutions. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to advancement for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups for sales producers
  • Prepare and organize insurance quotes (home, auto, umbrella)
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects
  • Support sales producers in closing new business
  • Deliver 10-12 qualified opportunities per week
  • Contribute to a team closing 2+ new accounts per day
  • Support production of $50,000+ in weekly premium
  • Maintain consistent activity and follow-up standards
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and skill development
