About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks for their scratch kitchen. This role involves preparing made-from-scratch food in small batches to ensure premium freshness and flavor. The position requires displaying showmanship and interacting with guests in display kitchens. Ted's Montana Grill values its Heart-of-House team members and offers opportunities for career advancement, with many managers having started as Team Members. The company closes its restaurants on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to promote family and quality of life.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.

Responsibilities
- Prepares made-from-scratch food in small batches.
- Works in an on-premises butcher shop, hand carving and grinding daily.
- Displays showmanship in display kitchens.
- Interacts with Guests in display kitchens.
