Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all crushing plant machinery, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Conduct pre-operation checks, routine inspections, and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
• Adjust crusher settings and screen sizes to achieve desired material specifications and production rates.
• Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as excavators or loaders as needed.
• Monitor aggregate stockpiles and coordinate material flow to maintain continuous operation.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
