About The Position

Nutra Blend, an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredient, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry, is hiring a Warehouse Operator for its 751 Plant. The role supports Agronomy Service Center and warehouse operations by coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, packing and loading products using a forklift, organizing storage areas, assisting with cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. This position is scheduled for 2nd shift, 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., and pays $21.20 per hour. Applicants must successfully pass a post-offer pre-employment background check. The company also conducts pre-employment substance abuse testing as part of its drug-free workforce policy.

Requirements

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Basic computer skills.
Be at least 18 years old.
Use critical thinking, logic, and reasoning to assess alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
Demonstrate time management, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adapt to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision.
Read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ensure personal and coworker safety.
Work well with others to meet team goals and adjust to important changes.
Understand and apply new information to current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
Listen attentively, understand others' points, and ask questions when appropriate.
Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Be able to lift 50 pounds.
Perform frequent walking, standing, bending or stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
Work across temperature zones that may include extended periods in cold or hot environments, and environments where dust is present.
