About The Position

Nutra Blend, an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredient, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry, is hiring a Warehouse Operator to support its Agronomy Service Center and warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, packing and loading products using a forklift, organizing storage areas, assisting with cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. This position is listed for the first shift, 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., at $21.20 per hour. Applicants must pass a post-offer background check and pre-employment substance abuse testing. Requirements

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Basic computer skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Use logic and reasoning to assess alternatives and solve problems.
Manage time reliably, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
Work well with others toward team goals and adjust to important changes.
Understand new information and apply it to current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
Give full attention to others, understand their points, and ask questions as appropriate.
