About The Position
SportsMed Physical Therapy is expanding and hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey. We offer a structured environment with mentorship and opportunities for career growth, suitable for both new graduates and experienced clinicians. Our Orthopedic Residency Program, powered by HSS, provides advanced training and prepares clinicians for OCS certification. At SportsMed, we focus on building careers through professional development, clinical excellence, and a supportive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)
Nice To Haves
- New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations
- Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
- Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines
- Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals
- Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes
