About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• Possess current Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week

Responsibilities

• Provide uncompromised service to residential and commercial wildlife control customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife.
• Perform exclusion work, including sealing, caulking, or installation of sheet metal to soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, and voids.
• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair anything damaged by wildlife.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of customer homes to find the source of wildlife issues.
• Determine the best solution for wildlife problems and explain next steps to the customer.
• Collect payment due upon completion of service.
• Propose additional services that would benefit the customer.
• Run and schedule own services independently.
