About The Position
Prime Pest and Lawn is a fast-growing pest control company focused on providing exceptional service. The Lawn and Pest Technician delivers customer service while performing initial pest control treatments for new customers. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety. Training for state pest control licensing is provided.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s insurance standards.
- At least 21 years old and eligible for state pest control licensing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces.
- Ability to work around chemicals, pests, and structural hazards using provided safety gear.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of Lawn or Pest Control Technician service experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform indoor and outdoor pest control applications with precision.
- Educate customers about service benefits and provide outstanding support.
- Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with office staff.
- Keep equipment, the vehicle, and safety gear in good condition.
