Responsibilities

• Provides individualized, culture-specific patient care by attending to the personal needs and comfort of patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assists the professional or licensed nurse as delegated in tasks requiring less technical skills.
• Participates in shift and bedside report.
• Participates and supports regional, facility, department, and unit initiatives.
