About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Abington, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training to applicants who are not yet certified. The role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps them live life to the fullest. Nurses are available to support caregivers, and ongoing paid training is provided. Shifts may include days, nights, or weekends, with scheduling arranged around the caregiver’s availability.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States; the employer is unable to provide sponsorship.
  • Two professional references.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • A compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Prepare meals during shifts.
  • Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
  • Inform the office if anything changes with the client.
