Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Fairfax, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training for applicants who are not yet certified. Caregivers support clients with daily routines, meals, and maintaining a comfortable living space, and report changes in clients’ conditions to the office. Nurses are available to provide support, and paid training is offered throughout the caregiver’s career. Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends, with schedules arranged around employees’ availability.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep clients’ spaces clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office of changes in a client’s condition.
