Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Colonial Heights, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps them live life to the fullest. Applicants who are not certified can receive free Personal Care Aide training. The employer describes this as an entry-level position and says no experience is necessary. Caregivers work shifts that may include days, nights, or weekends, with scheduling arranged around their availability. Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
