About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Mechanicsville, Virginia, and surrounding communities. No experience is necessary. Applicants who are not yet certified can receive free Personal Care Aide training. The position is available full-time or part-time, with schedules that may include days, nights, or weekends and can be arranged around the caregiver’s schedule. Nurses are available to support caregivers, and paid training continues throughout their careers.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Provide reliable transportation.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep clients’ spaces clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office when a client’s condition or circumstances change.
