About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full-time and part-time Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Providence Forge, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training to applicants who are not yet certified, along with paid ongoing in-service training. Nurses are available to support caregivers. Schedules can be arranged around caregivers’ availability and may include day, night, or weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep clients’ spaces clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office of changes in a client’s condition or circumstances.
