Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Hampton, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The role is open to candidates without prior experience or certification; the company provides free Personal Care Aide certification training. Employees help clients with daily routines, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, comfortable living space, and report changes in clients’ conditions to the office. Nurses are available to support caregivers, and ongoing paid training is offered. The position may be full-time or part-time, with scheduling around employees’ availability, including days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; the employer is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a compassionate, dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep clients’ spaces clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with a client.
