About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training for applicants who are not yet certified. The role supports clients with daily routines and helps them remain comfortable in their homes. Nurses are available to assist caregivers, and paid in-service training is provided throughout employment. Schedules may include days, nights, or weekends and are arranged around the caregiver’s availability.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
