Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Powhatan, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The role is open to applicants without experience or certification; the company provides free Personal Care Aide certification training. Caregivers support clients with daily routines and help aging adults live life to the fullest. Nurses are available to assist caregivers, and ongoing paid training is provided. The position offers shifts that may include days, nights, or weekends, with scheduling designed to accommodate the caregiver’s availability.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep clients’ spaces clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office of changes in a client’s condition or circumstances.
