Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Ashland, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training for candidates who are not yet certified. Care Advantage describes itself as a client-driven company focused on helping aging adults live life to the fullest and supporting its Care Family in meaningful work. Nurses are available to support caregivers, and paid training continues throughout the role. The position can be full- or part-time, with shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends; schedules are arranged around the caregiver's availability.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- A compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
