Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Glen Allen, Virginia, and surrounding communities. No prior experience or certification is necessary; the company provides free Personal Care Aide certification training. The position is available full-time or part-time, with schedules that may include days, nights, or weekends and can be arranged around the caregiver’s schedule. Care Advantage describes itself as a client-driven company focused on supporting communities, helping aging adults live life to the fullest, and supporting its care staff. Nurses are available to assist caregivers, and paid training is provided on an ongoing basis. The company has cared for families across the Mid-Atlantic for nearly 40 years.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
