About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Suffolk, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The position is open to people who are not yet certified; the company provides free Personal Care Aide certification training. Care Advantage describes itself as a client-driven company focused on supporting aging adults, the communities it serves, and its care team. Schedules may include day, night, or weekend shifts and can be arranged around the caregiver’s availability. Nurses are available to assist caregivers, and ongoing paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; the company cannot provide sponsorship.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
