About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Ashland, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The role is open to applicants without prior certification or experience; the company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training. Caregivers support clients with daily routines and help aging adults live life to the fullest. Nurses are available to provide support, and ongoing paid training is offered.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
