Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Richmond, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training to applicants who are not yet certified. This role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps them live life to the fullest. Nurses are available to provide support, and ongoing paid training is offered throughout the caregiver’s career. Schedules may include days, nights, or weekends, with flexibility to work around the employee’s schedule. Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
