Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Midlothian, Virginia, and surrounding communities. No prior experience is necessary. For applicants who are not yet certified, the company provides free Personal Care Aide certification training. The role supports clients with everyday routines and helps aging adults live life to the fullest. Schedules may include days, nights, or weekends and can be arranged around the caregiver's availability. Nurses are available to assist caregivers, and ongoing paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep clients' spaces clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with a client.
