Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Midlothian, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training for candidates who are not yet certified. Caregivers support clients with daily routines and help maintain a clean, comfortable living space, while reporting changes in a client’s condition to the office. Nurses are available to provide support, and paid training continues throughout the caregiver’s career. Shifts may include days, nights, or weekends, with scheduling arranged around the caregiver’s availability.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
