About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full-time and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Marion, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training for applicants who are not yet certified. Caregivers support clients with daily routines and help maintain a clean, comfortable living space, while reporting changes in a client’s condition to the office. Nurses are available to provide support, and paid ongoing training is offered. Scheduling may include days, nights, or weekends and is arranged around the caregiver’s schedule.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; the employer is unable to provide sponsorship.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
