About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Danville, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training to applicants who are not yet certified. The role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps maintain a clean, comfortable home environment. Nurses are available to provide support, and paid training is offered throughout the caregiver’s career. Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends, with scheduling arranged around the caregiver’s availability.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Provide reliable transportation.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
• Inform the office if anything changes with the client.
