About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Charlottesville, Virginia, and surrounding communities. Applicants who are not yet certified can receive free Personal Care Aide training. The position may be full-time or part-time, with days, nights, or weekend shifts arranged around the caregiver’s schedule. Nurses are available to support caregivers, and ongoing paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
• Inform the office if anything changes with the client.
