About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Chase City, Virginia, and surrounding communities. No prior experience or certification is necessary; the company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training. The role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps them live life to the fullest. The position may be full-time or part-time, with scheduling options that include days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office when anything changes with a client.
