About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Gretna, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps them live life to the fullest. Applicants who are not yet certified can receive Personal Care Aide training at no cost. Nurses are available to provide support, and the company offers ongoing paid training.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; the employer is unable to provide sponsorship.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
