Responsibilities

• Organize prior authorization documents and ensure the smooth flow of information through the entire process.
• Document and maintain the status of prior authorizations in electronic records.
• Communicate effectively with outside vendors, ensuring a collaborative approach to prior authorizations.
• Provide accurate information to patients, pharmacies, and relevant parties, guiding them through specialty medication procedures, benefit plan design, and services provided by True Rx Health Strategist.
• Troubleshoot claim processing problems, demonstrating your prowess in Rx claims adjudication systems.
• Navigate through various computer systems and online resources, retrieving information while responding to inquiries.
• Show empathy as you guide patients through specialty and non-specialty prior authorizations, ensuring they navigate the process with ease.
