About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality. You work with the team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. You also support store performance and presentation through sales accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and organization.

• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
