About The Position

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate to help create a welcoming, customer-centered store environment rooted in hospitality. The associate builds genuine customer connections, shares product knowledge, and provides personalized service while contributing to store performance and maintaining brand standards. The role is regular part-time and is located at Chelsea Square Shopping Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties include bending, reaching, stretching for products, moving around the sales floor and stockroom, operating the register, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
