About The Position

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including at least 2 years in a regional, multi-site, or senior operational leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree required; Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar property management software; Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and hold accountable a geographically dispersed team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with residents, boards, ownership, and vendors
• Financial acumen to read and apply operating statements, variance reports, and budget documents
• Sound judgment across a wide range of operational situations and property types

Nice To Haves

• CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) preferred; ARM, CPM, or other industry designations a plus
• Exposure to commercial, HOA/association management, or vacation rental operations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Operations: Day-to-day oversight of all multifamily communities with cross-portfolio coordination across commercial, HOA, and vacation rental lines.
• Team Leadership: Direct supervision and coaching of Regional Managers and on-site teams across all business lines.
• Financial Oversight: Budget preparation, monthly variance review, collections enforcement, and CAM reconciliation support.
• Maintenance & Capital Projects: Unit turn oversight, preventive maintenance programs, and capital project coordination.
• Leasing & Performance: Leasing performance standards, traffic reporting, closing ratios, and renewal rate monitoring across the multifamily portfolio.
