About The Position
Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team. This is a Full Time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift position, 40 hours per week, located onsite in Anchorage, AK. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy services under physician orders, adhering to the guidelines of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Providence emphasizes a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care and empowers its caregivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy.
- Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years in subspecialty.
Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Performs daily therapy under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.
