About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time, onsite Occupational Therapist in Monroe, Michigan, to provide school-based therapy during two consecutive FMLA coverage assignments, beginning in January 2027 and continuing through the end of the school year. The hourly range is $50–$70, paid weekly as a W-2 employee, depending on experience and qualifications. The first assignment supports early childhood through transition-age students ages 3–26. The therapist will help students work toward functional goals, with opportunities for push-in services and co-treatment, and support secondary students in developing vocational skills and greater independence. The second assignment is a traditional school-based OT role serving students across K–12 buildings. The therapist will work with a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with families, teachers, and related service providers to support student skills in classroom, individual, and home settings. The position includes a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. AnthroMed describes its clinician support as including mentorship, clinical resources, professional development, and collaboration with other school-based clinicians.
