About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to support middle school students in Arlington Heights, Illinois, during the school year. The role provides occupational therapy services that promote students’ educational participation, functional skills, independence, confidence, and progress toward individualized goals. The therapist conducts initial and reevaluations to help determine special education eligibility and recommend appropriate supports and interventions. The position also provides MTSS and IEP support, collaborates with educators and multidisciplinary teams, and consults with school teams to help students generalize therapeutic skills across academic and school environments. The schedule is 35 hours per week on a consistent school-day schedule. Compensation is $43.00–$55.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. Requirements

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist License.
