About The Position

TheraDynamics is hiring Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists to provide home health services. Clinicians treat patients in their homes, helping them recover from surgeries, manage chronic conditions, improve mobility and function, and maintain independence. The role offers schedule flexibility and clinician autonomy, with full-time options available. Rates are based on position, applicable experience, and employment type; the posting notes per-visit rates and that rates are discussed in person. Speech Language Pathologists screen, evaluate, and treat patients or residents needing speech-language pathology services; implement treatment plans through direct care, staff education, and supervision; and maintain accurate daily billing information. They may also be asked to act as clinical instructors for SLP students completing clinical residencies. Physical Therapists provide preventive services, identify patient goals and needs, develop individualized care plans and wellness programs, and deliver evidence-based treatment to improve motion, mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. They motivate patients, consult with other health professionals, monitor and communicate progress, evaluate treatment effects, and document care. Occupational Therapists provide skilled services in accordance with physician orders; assess patient needs; plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals; collaborate with other disciplines; instruct patients, families, and caregivers; advise and instruct members of the multidisciplinary team on occupational therapy modalities; and report patient progress or changes in status to the physician and appropriate team members. Benefits listed include competitive pay, a flexible self-managed schedule, five weeks of PTO for full-time employees, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, free continuing education through Medbridge, clinical support and mentorship, and a referral bonus program. Per-diem roles and independent contractors may have no benefits.
