About The Position

TheraDynamics is hiring Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists to provide therapy services in patients’ homes. Clinicians help patients recover from surgery, manage chronic conditions, maintain independence, and improve their ability to function. The role offers schedule flexibility, clinician autonomy, competitive per-visit or hourly rates, and access to clinical support and mentorship. Full-time options are available; rates are discussed in person and depend on position, applicable experience, and employment type. The listed rate ranges include per diem roles without benefits and independent contractors. Speech-Language Pathologists screen, evaluate, and treat patients or residents who need speech-language pathology services. They implement treatment plans through direct care, staff education, and supervision of speech-language pathology staff; maintain accurate daily billing information; and may serve as clinical instructors for SLP students completing clinical residencies. Physical Therapists provide preventive and rehabilitative services to help patients remain at home, meet their goals, improve motion and mobility, and support healthy lifestyles. They develop individualized care plans and fitness or wellness programs, provide evidence-based interventions, collaborate with other health professionals, monitor and communicate progress, and document care. Occupational Therapists provide skilled services in accordance with physician orders. They assess patient needs, plan and modify care to meet therapy goals, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, instruct patients and caregivers, advise team members on occupational therapy modalities, and report patient progress or changes in status.
