About The Position

TheraDynamics is hiring Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists to provide home health services. Clinicians treat patients in their homes, supporting recovery from surgery, chronic-condition management, mobility, independence, and other patient-specific goals. The role offers schedule flexibility and autonomy, with full-time options available. Rates are per visit; rates offered depend on position, applicable experience, and employment type, and rate ranges include per-diem clinicians without benefits and independent contractors. Speech Language Pathologists screen, evaluate, and treat patients or residents requiring speech-language pathology services. They implement treatment plans through direct treatment, staff education, and supervision of Speech-Language Pathology staff, and maintain accurate daily billing information. They may also serve as clinical instructors to SLP students completing clinical residencies. Physical Therapists provide preventive services and individualized, evidence-based care to help patients remain at home, improve mobility and physical function, and pursue their goals. They develop care plans and wellness programs, motivate patients, coordinate with other health professionals, monitor and communicate progress, and document care. Occupational Therapists provide skilled services and interventions in accordance with physician orders. They assess patient needs, plan and modify care to meet goals, collaborate with the care team, instruct patients and caregivers, advise and educate multidisciplinary team members about occupational therapy modalities, and report patient progress or changes in status.
