About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Minimum one year nursing experience in a clinical/medical setting required.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience required.
• License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in New Mexico.
• Must obtain licensure by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment.
• Must obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• If assigned to a center with ACLS medications and/or equipment, must have ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certification must meet the requirements listed in the document “BLS / CPR / ACLS & First Aid Training Resources” posted on Staurolite.
• Must comply with required testing and immunizations (TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Influenza).

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish / English) or (Navajo / English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing services in a primary care clinic setting.
• Ensures that patient flow is maintained in an efficient and quality manner.
• Supervises laboratory operations and staff (for assignments in Farmington or Cuba).
