About The Position

Requirements

• Three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience working with seniors.
• Resident Care Director or Director of Nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Universal Precautions training.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and regular resident assessments.
• Determine the appropriate level of care.
• Maintain resident information, files, and reports.
• Supervise and administer resident medications.
• Maintain emergency plans and meet safety requirements.
• Coordinate care provided by third parties and maintain positive relationships with third-party care providers.
• Manage the Assisted Living budget and expenses.
• Forecast and schedule necessary staffing levels.
• Conduct departmental planning and forecasting.
• Hire and train care team associates.
• Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction.
