About The Position
Diversicare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide daily care to patients and residents as part of a healthcare team. The role includes safe, compassionate bedside assistance, building positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, and advocating for quality care and quality of life. Diversicare also offers opportunities for career advancement through cross-training and shadowing in other departments.
Requirements
- State certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to report accurately and efficiently.
