About The Position
Elite Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide home health and hospice care in the Orofino area. The CNA helps patients remain in the comfort of their homes by delivering personalized, patient-focused care, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting the agency’s commitment to high-quality care. Requirements
- Active state-licensed CNA certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in home settings.
- Commitment to patient-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
- Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
