About The Position
White Oak Manor of Lancaster is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing in a long-term care facility in Lancaster, South Carolina. The position focuses on nursing care, safety, and restorative care for residents. The role offers the opportunity to support residents in a caring community and gain experience in long-term and geriatric care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Passion for elderly care.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly and compassionately.
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and care teams.
