About The Position
Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey is seeking dedicated, patient-focused, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to join its care team. CNAs assist residents with daily living, prioritize safety, and maintain a respectful, supportive environment. The center describes its work environment as team-oriented and focused on professional growth and resident well-being. Full-time and part-time schedules are available: the PM shift is full-time, while the AM and NOC shifts are part-time. The pay rate is $21.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Active California CNA certification.
- Compassionate, patient, and collaborative demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Facilitate safe transfers and assist residents with movement.
- Measure vital signs accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Partner with nurses to deliver comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with families.
