DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This fast-paced, collaborative role involves working directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. No dialysis experience is required; paid training is provided. The nurse may work across different hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs. The position requires a current RN license in the state of practice and an ADN. A BSN is preferred. ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is helpful but not required, and CNN/CDN certification is preferred. Candidates must pass a color vision test, with accommodations available. Full COVID-19 vaccination, potentially including a booster when eligible, may be required by hospitals in the program.
