About The Position

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a well-established FQHC outpatient clinic network in Sacramento, California. This permanent opportunity supports underserved communities and offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and a comprehensive benefits package. The practice focuses on providing care to underserved communities and includes multiple outpatient clinic locations and a Mobile Medicine program. Medical Assistants and Care Coordinators provide clinical support, and there is an independent practice with strong team support. Telehealth services are also available.

Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Board Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience
  • Pediatric experience
  • FQHC or community health experience required
  • Active California license or ability to obtain
  • Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required
