About The Position

Eisner Health is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children, families, and communities throughout Los Angeles County. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide comprehensive, culturally responsive care across every stage of life. Our integrated services include primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, dental, optometry, dermatology, pharmacy, laboratory services, and care coordination—creating opportunities for our clinicians to work collaboratively across disciplines and address the diverse needs of the patients and families we serve. Eisner Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our clinical team and provide comprehensive outpatient women's health care across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s health, values evidence-based and culturally responsive care, and enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. The position focuses on outpatient women's health and gynecologic care and does not include intrapartum or labor and delivery services.
